Kshemin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2012 by Col. Sanjay Pande(Retd) and started out with one mission:

“Save Lives And Improve Operational Efficiency Of Forces”

“Front Line Combat Casualty Management”, as this is termed, is the time, distance or geographical area within which a soldier sustains an injury and is in transit to the nearest/specified medical facility.

90% ‘Brought in Dead’ cases succumb to their injuries in this time/distance/area.

Our company specializes in providing solutions to reduce the “Brought in Dead” cases.

We are end to end solution providers for empowering the Commanding Officers to handle and manage injured personnel till they reach medical facility.

We not only provide first aid solutions to forces but also design out products to provide combat solutions as well.

About The Management

Col. Sanjay Pande(Retd.):

He has a decade long experience providing solutions for security forces globally and has designed multiple products that are being manufactured by us today. He is a combat veteran who spent majority of his tenure serving in counter insurgency areas in India and has lent his tremendous operations expertise into designing of our solutions.

His passion for the armed forces was what led him to start Kshemin Technologies in 2012 and goes beyond business as well.

In 2017, he conceptualized and started a welfare fund for the widows of his regiment and their children, with the aim of providing for entire living and education expenses of families of deceased ex-servicemen. He regularly visits all of these families, every year.
